How Can Massage Therapy Help Me?
  • Massage therapy helps relieve painful and stiff joints and muscles thereby improving relaxation and flexibility and also helps with pain relief.
  • Massage therapy increases the blood flow and breaks down the fibrous nodules in soft tissue caused by repetitive strains, sprains, tension and fatigue.
  • Massage is often used alongside our team of highly experienced physiotherapists to enhance recovery and prevent re-injury.

What Does A Massage Therapist Do?
Massage therapists use their hands to perform manual soft tissue techniques to increase blood flow and oxygen uptake to enhance healing and recovery of soft tissues.

What Conditions Can Be Treated With Massage Therapy?
Muscle tension/spasm/back and neck tension/muscle strains/joint injuries/fatigue/postural aches/repetitive strains/the treatment of sports injuries as an adjunct to physiotherapy.
