Health insurance information for physiotherapy
Health insurance companies will frequently refund some or all of the the costs of physiotherapy.
However, the total annual budget varies depending on the policy that you have. In order to ensure that your medical insurance pays for your physiotherapy treatment, you should arrange for a GP or Consultant referral, before your first appointment. GPs are always happy to refer you to a Chartered Physiotherapist. Then ask you GP for a referral to the Chartered Physiotherapist whom you wish to be referred to.
Solihull Physiotherapy Clinic Physiotherapists have direct settlement arrangements, but you must ask for an Authorisation or Claim number and bring it to your first physiotherapy consultation.
